Mr. Harlan demonstrated excellent general and industry-specific knowledge to help with the formation of my business. He also was able to complete all the necessary services on the same day as the first meeting. All documentation and state filing was completed the first day, and all services were handled with complete confidence.
John may be good at what he does but he is EXTREMELY RUDE! He hangs up on me and speaks to me like I am a complete idiot. Not only has he lost my case more than once but he has no compassion for the clients he is representing. I will NEVER use or recommend him to anyone! No one should ever be treated the way he treats his clients.
If you want to get belittled, this is your guy! He is immensely unprofessional, treated me like I was uneducated for no reason, didn't even ask what my disability is for SSDI, gave information on other clients cases, said multiple curse words, interrupted me and has a horrible demeanor. He only wants your money. He shames people who are unable to work and he discriminated against me due to my age. I think it's about time he retires. At this point he is senile and it's been said in other reviews too. STAY AWAY BY ANY MEANS NECESSARY!!!
