Hired Attorney

Brian Mitchell is nothing more than fraught. He was hired to do an easy task. He then breached his own contract to the benefit of himself and the bank. He would not even communicate with whom he was hired. He misrepresented material facts, for what was in the record, that the bank's lawyer asserted, that wasn't in the record. The bank never had Standing. STANDING can be raised at any point in the case. Do not use Brian Mitchell he did a doctor about the same as he did us. He works for one of the largest banks in Oklahoma. I found were he lost a case and even after the appeal he would not give this lady back her deed to her property. He is ensnared. STAY AWAY!
