Ms. Parranto originally said she could help me win a ruling for PI damages; later confused me and my situation with another client, did not review my case so she was familiar with it for mediation, and acted like she was working for the opposition. She asked for the same medical records multiple times (the costs of which I, the client, had to cover), so it looked like she had amassed a huge amount of information, and bragged about other, big-money cases she was working on.
