Hired Attorney Brian Flahavan

In 2016, I was involved in a serious car accident. The insurance companies were over the top and it was hard to navigate through the process. I was hesitant to seek representation but a family friend who used Brian in the past for a car accident highly recommended him….I now know why! In first meeting Brian, I knew he was the attorney for me. He was patient, caring, easy to talk to and confident in his abilities. From that point on, Brian had proven himself consistently over the course of my claim with the insurance companies. I really appreciated his honesty in what to expect and what the risks were with any decision I made. By following his expertise, I was able to settle my claim for almost double what I had expected, which was almost five times the amount I was offered before coming to Brian. I would highly recommend Brian to anyone wanting to work with a true professional who really has his client’s best interest at heart.

Coming into this experience I didn't know what to expect. Mr. Flahavan far exceeded my expectations. Dealing with a tough situation, he was able to communicate perfectly to me what I should be expecting out of the situation and actually was able to exceed that. Hired Attorney Brian Flahavan

Brian helped us navigate a very complicated new home construction real estate case.. Winning us a maximum settlement after we the close of escrow with our developer. During the litigation process he came up with numerous ways to get our demands across and eventually reaching a settlement much faster than anticipated and we're prepared for.. He's very responsive and always made time to take our calls and update us on progress and ongoing strategy. I would highly recommend Brian.
