Charles Jensen is a scum bag. No matter if you win or lose, the guy is mean, nasty and rude. NOT to his opponents in a case but to YOU, the person hiring him. If you wanted to be treated worse than a misbehaving dog then go ahead and hire him, but if you are already stressed because of your legal issues, go to someone else. You have been warned!!!
Absolutely the WORST Attorney possible. He simply overcharges clients and does zero work for you to win your case. The ONLY WAY HE WINS. IS IF THE OPPOSING PARTY DOESNT SHOW.. NO KNOWLEDGE OF NEW LAWS. EVICTION TRIAL TOOK TWO YEARS!! Only to pay the squatters to leave!! What a lop! Save yourself if you need an attorney who cares and will win avoid Jensen. If you have money to wipe your rear end with give him a call.
Was supposed to be an open and shut eviction case after many mistakes made by Jensen the suit was dragged in and cost me upwards of $10,000 and tenant still after 12+ months is planting a garden and making a home with no intention of leaving. I called the number listed and apparently the secretary doesn’t know the email of the lawyer she answers phones for?! Very unprofessional anybody who claims he is good obviously never had a squatter. Go elsewhere you’ll do better guaranteed getting charged 10k for 12k in back rent which he only claimed 3 months of back rent?! Terrible. The worst.
Hired for an eviction. Squatting for over 11 months without a payment of rent, should be open and shut. There is never a legal reason for withholding rent for longer than one month in 12 month period. Jensen did not update me in the process. Only to give me outrageous bills without detailing why it cost me 10k. Apparently I was under the impression the eviction couldn’t take longer than 90 days and the property was sold Contingent on tenants moving out which I was sure there was ample time. As no payment for almost a year is inexcusable. I needed to get some paperwork to Jensen only to be told that he does not have an email by his secretary. Or he does but I shouldn’t expect an answer. I suppose a $495 calls are the only accepted means of communication. My advice find someone who cares about the horrible injustices done to landlords everyday in this state and someone who wants to see right prevail and will work towards it. These policy’s that protect squatters need to end.
