I came to Mr. Knickerbocker with a huge problem, medical bills and disputes with my insurance carrier and my medical providers. Mr. Knickerbocker was very attentive to my case and my litigation needs. He was prompt in returning telephone calls and answering inquiries. He understood my case and handled it very well. I am a happy client and would highly recommend his services.

Hired Attorney

RK's wife, Saloi, acts as though she's a licensed CA atty but isn't. I did 80% of the work (I am a paralegal). Opp. parties took full responsibility; police report & all witnesses agreed. Richard went to court promising a $200,000 settlement; came out 5 mins later telling us to settle for $20K. They took 40%; 2 surgeries were req'd & while out, I lost my job due to large company cutbacks. We almost lost our home; we're still paying back medical & other bills (5-6 yrs later); I'm out of work.
