Hired Law Firm

Found out that a lien was put on our property from Paris and Paris for their client. The owed amount has been paid back, however the removal of the lien has been done. Found this out and sat on hold for over 3hours. There is no website, no email and no fax number. This court order was satisfied over 3 years ago. Unable to get in contact with this firm. What type of law firm are they running if you have not way to get a hold of them other than by traditional mail?
