Nancy’s practice is comprised of general counsel representation for public and private clients and representation of clients in complex commercial cases including multi-jurisdictional class action and anti-trust litigation, and representation of clients in state court throughout New Mexico and in federal court. A significant portion of Nancy’s practice is also transactional and real estate related matters.
