Ms. MacGillivray has over 16 years experience practicing in the areas of real estate, zoning and land use, economic development, business law, nonprofit law and estate planning, Ms. MacGillivray has represented large commercial and residential developments, public/private partnerships, mixed-use developments, and hotels. Ms. MacGillivray assists developers and buyers and sellers in all aspects of residential and commercial real estate transactions, land use and development.

In addition to her real estate practice, Ms. MacGillivray counsels clients with respect to the formation of business entities, changes and management of contractual relationships, asset and stock acquisitions, nonprofit law and other fundamental business transactions.

Ms. MacGillivray received her Bachelor of Arts degrees in English and Spanish in 1993, as well as her Juris Doctorate degree from Washington University in St. Louis in 1996. She is admitted to practice law in New Mexico and Missouri.
