When she first started working on our case, she said that she had our paperwork and would assign another lawyer to work on our request. Months passed with no word. Every single contact was initiated by me; Karen Kilgore never followed up and in the end lost our papers and dodged all of our further emails. Then when pressed for our papers, she was unresponsive. AVOID this irresponsible lawyer!
