I was referred to attorney Barry Green via a Cigna Insurance personal services hotline. I required review of the documents for a proposed land sale in New Mexico. (I reside in Arizona.) We never met in person. After a short negotiation, we agreed on a contract and fee. I forwarded Mr. Green the specified retainer and within several days, he had reviewed the documents in question and contacted me with his assessment. He identified an area of potential concern and upon request, investigated further. Ultimately, he concluded that there were no significant issues with the documents or the transaction. I found him to be forthright, professional and respectful. Because my business was certainly negligible in the context of his overall practice, this is noteworthy. Nonetheless, he demonstrated a real interest in protecting my interests. I firmly recommend Mr. Green and his legal services to others who seek legal counsel. December 10, 2019.
He did the paper work but was totally unconcerned with the client. I was having my money accounts transferred into another bank and he wouldn't even call or talk to the new bank it was deposited into. I think he was clueless about what to do. The bank asked me where my lawyer was for consultation but Mr. Green ignored them and the client. He never responded to the client and acted as if he had never heard of me, I lost a lot because of him. Towards the end he got rude. and dismissed me.
