Mr. Pennington, as my Court appointed representation, and a relatively young man in his field, has proven to be very effective in Family Court even though this is an area in which he does not specialize. I will seek his counsel in any legal matter I may confront in the future, although I am sure his services will be in high demand and therefore not readily available.
