A shareholder of the firm, Colin Cameron’s practice encompasses a variety of real estate and business matters, including residential and commercial real estate transactions, leasing, commercial lending, and real estate finance transactions. In addition, he counsels clients on business and corporate law, including fine art, nonprofits, LLCs, community associations, and the purchase and sale of business assets. He has advised national retailers on leasing and subleasing opportunities and represented lenders in complex acquisition, construction, and refinancing transactions nationwide.
Mr. Cameron is a graduate of the University of Texas School of Law. Prior to attending law school, he obtained a degree in American music history and worked in music publishing, at companies such as Maverick Music in Nashville, Tennessee.
Mr. Cameron has practiced before the State and Federal Courts of New Mexico and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He is a past president of the First Judicial District Bar Association. He has been recognized with an AV Preeminent Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Rating in recognition of his strong legal ability and high ethical standards.
