He attended law school at Pepperdine University, School of Law from 1973 through 1976 and received his Juris Doctorate degree and admission to the California State Bar in 1976. He was an associate attorney at the Law Offices of Charles R. Weldon, has been a practicing attorney in Southern California for the past 36 years, specializing in personal injury and workers compensation.

Mr. Daley has been a member of the Los Angeles County, Orange County and Southeast Bar Associations, and is a member of the California Applicant Attorney Association (CAAA).

Mr. Daley is a founding partner in the law firm of Dixon & Daley, LLP, and is currently the managing partner. Mr. Daley has received the highest peer review rating (AV) for professional skill and ethics from Martindale-Hubbell Attorney Rating Service.
