About Edward L. Chun

Ed’s primary area of practice is civil litigation. He has extensive experience representing individuals and businesses in contract disputes, landlord-tenant disputes, business and partnership disputes, and real property disputes. He joined Penrose, Chun & Gorman in 2012, where the focus of his practice is real property and estate and trust litigation, in addition to general civil litigation.

Ed has extensive experience representing clients in jury and bench trials. He has also represented clients in alternative dispute resolution proceedings such as mediation and arbitration. This experience provides Ed with the ability to give clients practical and “real world” advice on how best to handle and resolve their cases.

Hired Attorney Edward L. Chun

We feel fortunate that we found Edward L. Chun and that he could take our case on short notice. We needed a real estate attorney in Santa Cruz County who could quickly get up to speed with our complicated landlord/tenant issues. We knew we were out of our depth concerning California's current landlord/tenant laws, so we needed advice and guidance, preferably from someone who had experience with similar cases. Mr. Chun demonstrated his adeptness at handling all the issues that arose, starting with our first conversation and continuing to the end. Mr.Edward Chun is another attorney that deserves a 6th star. His knowledge concerning a sale of a real property that was in contention was an area I felt he handled extremely well.
