With a career spanning over four decades, Randall Fox is a seasoned attorney whose expertise encompasses a wide spectrum of legal areas. His practice areas include business and corporate law, real estate, land use and zoning law, estate planning, trust administration, and complex business litigation. Since joining our firm in 1978, Randy has consistently demonstrated strategic thinking, a commitment to quality execution, and an unwavering ability to deliver results. Randy boasts over 30 years of experience as an attorney, servicing a diverse clientele that ranges from nimble start-up ventures, local businesses, and nonprofit organizations to large corporations and government entities such as the FDIC. He has also shared his wealth of knowledge as an instructor in real estate law at Santa Barbara City College and has been a respected panel attorney for the California Association of Realtors since 1990. Beyond his professional accomplishments, community engagement has been a defining pillar of Randy's illustrious career. His dedication to the Santa Barbara community is evident through his active involvement in the Santa Barbara County Bar Association, where he has served as a director and Chairman of the section on Business and Corporate Law. Randy's commitment to education is highlighted by his membership in the Chancellor's Council at the University of California Santa Barbara. He has also demonstrated his passion for shaping young minds as a trustee and past Chairman of Laguna Blanca School. His compassion extends to healthcare as a director and past Chair of the Rehabilitation Institute at Santa Barbara, and to local commerce as a past director of the Goleta Valley Chamber of Commerce. Currently, Randy serves as a trustee of the Santa Barbara Historical Museum, holding key positions on both the Executive Committee and the Committee on Trustees. He also lends his expertise to organizations that address critical issues, such as Zona Seca and Exploring Solutions Past: The Maya Forest Alliance. Randy is an alumnus of Kent State University and a graduate of Seattle University School of Law, where he distinguished himself by serving on the Moot Court Advocacy Board.
