Harvey Wolf got me out of TWO difficult real estate matters that turned legal: 1) landlord/tenant dispute (I was the landlord, being sued for "mold"; 2) selling my share of a property held with partner in joint tenancy, with no way of breaking joint tenancy. Harvey handled both in a no-nonsense way - no histrionics, no "churning" of time, matter of fact and calm. He got me through these two awful situations relatively unscathed. ALWAYS returned phone calls promptly & handled things immediately.
Harvey is a professional in every sense of the word. I found him to be a quick thinker who was able to apply his legal knowledge to my situation in an efficient manner. He is a clear communicator and carefully explained all details to me. He kept me informed during the legal process and was successful in the final outcome. In addition, his fees were reasonable and did not exceed his original projection. Should the need arise, I would definitely hire him again. I highly recommend him!
