Sunita Sood is grossly incompetent and fails to provide representation. She literally fails to show up for appointments and makes enormous errors on documents filed with the court. Sood refuses to respond to phone calls, faxes, letters. When going to her office (about the size of a closet), it is filled with other "clients" who, like you, will end up waiting for hours. In speaking with many of these, several have also said that they would never hire her again. Sood should be disbarred.
