DO NOT HIRE HER! Ms Ellifritz is an incompetent, lazy, bitter, dishonest lawyer. She does not return phone calls or emails, her paperwork is sloppy and needs to be corrected repeatedly.There is no reason why a client should catch all of your mistakes, you're the "professional".Ms Ellifritz, continued court dates over and over again when my case could have been finalized YEARS ago. She lied about filing paperwork repeatedly, I would have to call the courthouse to verify if she legitimately dropped documents off then to find out the documents were "lost by the court" according to Ms Ellifritz. She could have easily Electronically Filed the documents and they would not have supposedly been lost but she chose to drop them off in person on more than one occasion. I have emailed her and called her so many times with no response. It's ridiculous. She told me that our case wasn't a priority and her therapy sessions were more important. What?!?! Honestly if you want to do all the work yourself
