Hired Law Firm

Originally hired a private praticioner, she joined the firm and communication went down hill from there. Have not recieved any correspondence. The firm had my correct address. WCAB, and Opposing Insurance Co have had no problem getting mail to me. I sought my Med Records, to Take to The VA hospital, only to find out my records were destroyed. Firm claims that I was notified by mail. Attorny Asst never returned a call, and never sent any mail to my PO Box. Complains were ignored by OFFC MGR

Hired Law Firm

Although I requested another attorney within this practice, this was denied and no other attorney was available to me. Attorney Assistants, or Paralegals, were brusque and uncooperative, even to the extent of refusing to correct inaccurate address information, after my several requests. They no longer represent me.

Hired Attorney Modesto Diaz

My Workers' Compensation Case remains unresolved to date as a result of Attorney Diaz's inferior representation, neglect and the hostility of his staff. Obviously, he no longer represents me.

Lawyers who have received peer reviews after 2009 will display more detailed information, including practice areas, summary ratings, detailed numeric ratings and written feedback (if available). Details for individual reviews received before 2009 are not displayed.
