Poor communication. Initially I had thought I was engaging an attorney with an agreed upon legal strategy no after four months of no communication found he had moved on and they hadn't know I was their client. I never received a single bill but have been informed my retainer was spent without any work product being produced. I'm retaining a different firm currently.
I had thought I was engaging one attorney with an agreed upon legal strategy only to find out after four months of no communication that he was no longer there and Charles Phoenix had no idea I was his client. I have never received a single bill in 7 months but have been informed that my retainer has been used despite no work product being produced. Avoid at all cost.
