About Mr. Ricky J. Nelson

Since 2010, my legal practice has been focused on estate planning and asset protection. I've always been focused on three things: 1) Ensure my clients have good counsel and that they understand their estate plans; 2) Provide current and customized estate plans; and 3) Provide prompt and thorough service. Somethings to know about me that some people find interesting: I was in the Marine Corps Reserves for 10 years; I lived in Norway for two years; I have lived in five states: Utah, California, Hawaii, Connecticut, and Florida; and I played rugby for a college club team.

Consulted Attorney

I consulted with several lawyers about filing probate with a will. This lawyer was the only one willing to guide me through filing it myself from online forms. If I ever need other advice from a lawyer, I will definitely hire him.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database.
