Upon contacting Peters/Scofield, I initially had the impression that they were primarily focused on quick and effortless cases, seeking easy money without putting in the necessary work. However, drawing from my own experiences and familiarity with the courtroom, I understand the importance of providing a well-structured and compelling argument. Therefore, I submitted the basic details of my case, mindful of the seven-year statute of limitations that typically applies, but also aware that exceptions can be made in rare circumstances, like this. Regrettably, the response I received from Peters/Scofield was dismissive, lacking an invitation for further discussion. Instead, I was offered their assistance only if there were future cases that required minimal effort on their part. This response left me with the impression that they prioritize easy cases and do not value effective, yet ethical, communication.
Received one email asking for some information. I answered the email with the information they requested. Never heard from them again.
