Richard R. Burke attorney at law has been working on my (wcf) case. Since 2011 he has gotten me two back surgeries and later in 2021 a spinal cord stimulator put in my back. The whole time he kept in touch with me, letting me know what was going on with my case. He's one of the best I've ever heard of and the one I found online and one of his friends he went to school with referd him. So on his referral and after speaking with Mr. Burke I hired him. It was a good choice! Richard is very knowledgeable and professional. He and his staff have been so kind and easy to work with, putting my mind at ease in such a difficult time in my life. Addressing every concern, answering all my questions and explaining in detail different issues and terms. Though I am not at the end of my case yet, I have had my hearing and not only was I very well prepared for my hearing by Mr Burke, but I have never been so impressed with the preparation and delivery on his part. Mr. Burke's closing statement was astounding to say the least. He delivered the facts of my case with ease to the judge citing case law in support of our argument. I highly recommend Mr Burke he also helped me with social security which turned out in my favor.
I found his abilities as a professional very helpful and knowledgeable for our needs. He was very easy to talk to and to make an appointment with us. He did an excellent job.
There was not a ton of work done, just a demand letter. Overall good experience.
