We can come to you! Estate Planning attorney Jim Fletcher offers visits at your home, work, assisted living, nursing home, hospital, etc. in the Greater Atlanta area. We also provide virtual visits by Facetime or Zoom video call across Georgia. Of course, we enjoy hosting clients at our Sandy Springs office as well.

Mr. Fletcher offers personalized estate planning services to help individuals protect their assets and secure their financial future. He assists with creating wills, trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, living wills, Transfer on Death deeds (Ladybird Deeds) and more. By establishing a comprehensive estate plan, clients can ensure their affairs are managed efficiently, sparing loved ones unnecessary stress and legal complications.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database.
