Leave a review about your experience with this lawyer.Transferring guardianship from state to state is a very complex process. Ms. Weinberg was very compassionate throughout. My wife and I feel very blessed to have had her guidance. Just a remarkable team.
I found the process of petitioning for Guardianship and Conservatorship of a loved one a fairly complex process. Diane guided me though the legal process, dealt with the court and other lawyers, and provided me with very detailed and timely information. She is very knowledgeable and professional. I would, and have, recommend her services.
It was a pleasure to work with Diane and her staff for both cases of family loss. One with a will and one without a will. Her knowledge and determination was key in getting through these two cases. It was through her and Cheryl's hard work that I was able to handle being an executor that had the best team handling all the hard work. Thank you Weinberg Elder-Law
Diane helped me to transfer a guardianship/conservatorship from another state to Georgia. She is knowledgeable, easy to work with, caring, and patient in providing explanations for the legal process. She also provided guidance when the process in the original state was not progressing in compliance with that state’s requirements, saving time and expense. I highly recommend Diane.
My wife and I never envisioned that we would be dealt the responsibility of becoming guardian and conservator of a family member, but when life throws a curve, you must adapt and find ways to push forward. That is exactly what Diane did for us. She did not remove the responsibility from us, but she went above and beyond to answer ALL our questions, and provide support to us for situations before, during, and after the court hearing. My wife and I entered Diane's office on day 1 with what felt like the weight of the world on our shoulders; however, when our case was resolved and we left the courtroom, we knew this was something we could manage. A big thank you to Diane and all those that work alongside her for the support and guidance provided to our family.
Finding ourselves in a situation no parent wants to face, we were so fortunate to have Diane Weinberg counsel and assist us. In a time of the essence situation, Diane and her staff quickly helped to navigate the arduous legal process for temporary, and later permanent, guardianship for our adult child. By having this guardianship in place, we are finally able to help our child recover quality of life and move forward. We are eternally grateful to have Diane as our attorney.
Diane was a pleasure to speak with and did a great job of providing the information that helped me work an issue.
Excellent attorney, very professional, knowledgeable, polite, kind, and detail oriented.
