Kipp Mueller has protected various employee rights under the Fair Employment and Housing Act, including but not limited to wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. He has also represented employees for violations of the California Labor Code, including but not limited to wage and hour violations and overtime/meal and rest break violations. Kipp Mueller graduated Columbia Law School as a multi-year Harlan F. Stone Scholar and contributor to the world's top-ranked human rights legal journal, the Columbia Human Rights Law Review. After working for the Department of Justice, Consumer Protection Branch in Washington D.C., Kipp Mueller joined the Santa Clara District Attorney's Office and prosecuted con artists and employers who violated consumer protection laws. Kipp Mueller joined Hilaire McGriff PC, where he practiced employment law, including but not limited to workplace discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour law. Kipp Mueller opened a law firm, Mueller Vemuru LLP, with his partner Vamsi Vemuru in early 2018. Kipp Mueller now practices employment law, including but not limited to workplace discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour law. Kipp Mueller is an active member of the Consumer Attorneys of California, the California Employment Law Association, the American Association for Justice, and LACBA (Los Angeles County Bar Association).
