The heart of my estate planning, trust, and estates practice is setting up protections for individuals with dementia or other cognitive deficits, including the initiation and administration of conservatorship estates and obtaining protective and restraining orders, if necessary.

Attorney Eliot M. Lippman has been practicing estate planning and conservatorship law for 20 years. His great concern for the elderly motivates him to deliver the best possible legal solutions. At the Law Offices of Eliot M. Lippman, we share your concern for your aging loved ones. We use all the legal tools at our disposal to protect individuals and their assets while ensuring that their dignity is upheld in their final years. We are also experienced in the administration of decedents' estates, either through probate administration or trust administration.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
