About Brent & Fiol, LLP

Our partners at Brent & Fiol, LLP are veterans of large litigation firms, where they learned to provide their clients with the highest level of advocacy in a wide range of personal injury, wrongful death and civil rights disputes. In 2007 Brent and Fiol left their firms to create a small practice that would offer clients that same high level of representation along with close attorney-client contact and communication that is often lacking at larger firms. In 2016, the firm opened our Los Angeles area office in Old Town Pasadena, with Joseph Brent as resident partner. Mr. Brent will continues to handle cases in Northern California as well.

Hired Attorney David Fiol

David is my lawyer who recently helped me with the personal injury case. He is great and I highly recommend him. He works with a highly professional way. He listens to my concerns carefully and always responds to my emails very quickly even during the late evening. He is very knowledgeable and very smart and sharp. Most importantly, he had a very kind personality. I feel like I am always supported by him during this stressful life period and he guided me through it with his patience. I am grateful for all his help and highly recommend him.

The Client Review Rating score is determined through the aggregation of validated responses. The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
