I had a real hard time with Daniel. He is very two-faced, which is even more bonkers with how religious he presents himself (and which is in itself very problematic, but that is going to be his cross to bear). He has had a problem keeping his paralegals. I eventually had to register an official complaint before he was able to get the case done, and when i did, i learned he has had many complaints. Now after all the extra money and time i wish i had just picked a more competent lawyer and not one with so many issues.
I had a RFO motion rejected by the court because I failed to follow the procedures required for filing a proof of service. I hired Mr. Frank specifically to make sure a proof of service was filed correctly. Guess what, at the hearing the judge informed me that there was no proof of service filed. My RFO hearing was delayed another three months. Also, he would not give me his cell phone number. That should have told me everything I needed to know.
