This is not the place to go to find a “good lawyer.” Mediocre services. They will charge 600+/hr and play stupid with you to incur attorney fees taking advantage of your retainer funds. Not trustworthy to defend you and your case. Violates professional standards.
Kathlenn Mckeena was Judge of Small Claims 128586 June 23, 2013 . She is a criminal that should be in jail. She dismissed the case without letting me speak, no verdict. Then she forged the documents on the online court system to pretend there was a court hearing. Her verdict stated "no jurisdiction". I complained Presiding Judge Foiles who fired her and asked me to take her before Comm on Judical Performance. They would not read my complaint. Please email me and I shall give you the seven files.
Robert Bruening practices serial malpractice. He is currently being sued by 3 former clients
- He delivered discovery for my divorce the night before the hearing and all was excluded.
- He missed the filing date for an appeal, misrepresented it, and I unwittingly spent months and tens of thousands of $$ only to have the appeal dismissed for untimeliness.
- He set up a three hour hearing and forgot to serve opposing counsel.
- He missed a hearing and caused me to be charged with contempt, etc.
