Having trouble reaching the unemployment office to ask questions. Seems like EVERYONE is applying right now because of virus layoffs. Decided to try calling a attorney so called Mr. Holmes. He answered the phone himself. Gave me good advice about my rights and what I might do. Thank you!

Called Mr. Holmes asking for advice on returning to work from family leave and if the company can terminate me when I'm due to return to work next week. He was very patient and kept the conversation going even though this area was not in his forte. He also gave me a great resource cela.org. This site answered a lot of my questions. I would definitely recommend him - he is knowledgeable and professional.
