Paul Velte I am not even from Texas and have never met Paul. An old, old friend of my husband's, he agreed to take my case on the matter without even reading it, after spending a good chunk of time reviewing the situation. He did not even want any fee until after we started. It was a civil lawsuit claiming defamation, harassment, cyberporn revenge, cyberstalking the person's work, racial discrimination, just all kinds of egregious things. The suit was initially for over $1,000,000 in pain and suffering, an attempt to take my professional license, and possibly jail. Through his knowledge, determination, and dog with a bone attitude, he put the opposing counsel and client in check, and we won our case lock, stock, and barrel. The judge even dismissed it WITH prejudice. I am eternally grateful for his patience, mentoring, and reassurances; also his fees which were so very reasonable as I know he went above and beyond. Paul did my divorce a few years ago. He did a great job and his fees were reasonable. He helped me with some post-divorce administrative matters and did not charge me for that.
Have known Paul for many years, and have used him to handle dozens of cases throughout the years since the late 80’s, from divorce to felony jury trial (acquitted). Great lawyer; I have no doubts of ever hiring this guy again, hopefully it doesnt because courts are sure expensive. But Paul gave me a good deal and actually does good work, I dont know if I could have ever gotten that same result from another lawyer who has their billboards and signs everywhere for the service paul offered. He's definitely a guy who looks to actually help your case and not charge you an arm and a leg to win. He's there for work, no play. He'll be straight up honest to you and doesnt dance around with words. That 30 years wasnt for show. He knows his practice inside and out and can easily break it down for you to make sure you and him are on the same page. Oh and he has pretty strong conservative values which is a plus if you are the likeminded, if not, well; just be nice and pay him well cause he will work for you with exact results to match.
