Mr. Cusack charges a higher hourly rate than most other lawyers in the area and claims this is due to the high quality of his work; however, I found his work to be of exceptionally poor quality. He was late for court twice and asked for continuances 3 times even though we were ready for trial. He drained my escrow account of more than $9000 by having unnecessary out-of-town meetings with the opposing counsel. I asked for a billing statement and was told by his staff "We don't do billing."
