It has been cancelled/reset 20-25 times since November 2018. The Honorable Judge William Bill R Henry court room #10 is the judge that's been over this case. I've had my counsel file at least 3 right to speedy trial motions and I don't know how this judge is allowed to have my constitutional rights violated by not allowing me a jury trial in 5 years and counting. I've filed complaints with the commission of judicial conduct they said my claims were invalid. This judge is most likely allowing many peoples constitutional rights to be violated, especially if they're dark skinned like me
