Hired Attorney Michael Collins

Horrible experience! This man ignores phone calls and emails. Try’s to create extraordinary charges at $400.00 an hour. Do yourself a favor and hire someone else. Anyone else would be better than Micheal Collins!!!

Hired Law Firm

Good at offloading financial and legal responsibility on to client's family (i.e., kenneling dogs and mortuary expenses); misinformation in the event of hospitalization and legal representation; no follow-up on reports of life threatening health concerns ("[my client] sounds all right to me" ... even though dying in nursing facility); reaction only when it's too late, follow up asking for all the information that should have been on file in the first place; nightmare

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
