Hired Law Firm

I used Mr. Balsamo for a simple car accident which was not my fault and I had a short stay in the hospital. First, he was combative with the other side, complicating matters, but he also over charged me. What happened was after the insurance company paid, and which is the amount for which Mr. Balsamo took 33 percent from, I get a bill from my health insurance. Mr. Balsamo never told me I had to pay that out of the insurance settlement. I found out that is basic car accident law.

Hired Attorney Dennis Balsamo

He submitted a Mtn. to Strike to a Demurrer, based upon lack of verification, in which the judge, in a lengthy written ruling in SLO, had to inform this lawyer that there is no such thing or procedure, but he billed me anyway and would not answer my questions. Another lawyer looked at all the paperwork and said the judge was right (as this was basic law) and stated Balsamo has a bad rep here. He is short tempered, bills excessively, fires clients & I had to arbitrate his bill with the State Bar
