They didn't always get back to me right away and there were a few things that were a bit confusing, but overall the process went smoothly and I got the result I wanted (fully discharging all my consumer debt and surrendering my condominium).
Steven was courteous and professional through the entire process, The reason for my non recommendation is purely due to the fact that I believe he takes on more work then his staff and himself can handle. My Bankruptcy should have not taken more than 3 mo. It took 6 mo. it was a constant battle to get information/ phone calls returned from his staff. I would submit requested documents,would not hear a word from there office for weeks.
