I have more than 30 years' experience in zealously representing clients and for more than two decades, my practice has focused on estate planning, trust, and probate law. I am a Certified Specialist in this field by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization.
Over the past twenty years, I have assisted many families prepare and update their estate plans to achieve their goals of transferring their wealth and taking care of their families. I also assist clients in the post-death administration process, including private trust administrations as well as probate administration through the court system, and I am well-versed on the strategies for obtaining modifications to trusts, even when the trusts have become irrevocable. Finally, I also assist clients in trust and estate litigation matters, advocating for their interests, defending against or prosecuting claims, and successfully seeking to resolve disputes whether through trial, settlement, or mediation.

I am an honors graduate of the Georgetown University Law Center, an honors graduate of the University of California - Davis. Academic honors include Phi Beta Kappa and Order of the Coif, and I served as Associate Editor of The Georgetown Law Journal. I also served as law clerk to several federal judges in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.
