I came upon this law firm based on a google search. I decided to hire Moira Hogan to represent me after our first meeting. She was very attentive and empathetic to my situation. The firm took my case in December of 2017 and helped me through the difficult process of divorce. Mrs. Hogan was fierce and able to resolve child support payments, that were very much in my favor, within the first two months. She was through in gathering information about my ex husbands financial status. She did not back down when presented with push back from my ex husbands attorney. She made sure to be available to me whenever I had a question. I was very pleased with the marital agreement that Mrs. Hogan fought for me to receive.

Hired Law Firm

Moira completely turn around my so ugly children custody and property division nightmare. I highly recommend her to anyone who has complicated divorce problem. She is best. Both Moira and team were just amazing. My last attorney really messed all up and Moira fixed all. She always responsive, act quickly and more than anything, she cared about me and my children. Her fees were incredible reasonable for huge work that I know she and her staff did. I am so unbelievable grateful for her win my case

If I could give ZERO stars I would. My mom hired Moira Hogan for her divorce case. Moira has been FIRED. She only spoke with Moira ONCE which was during the initial consultation. After hiring her and nearly THREE MONTHS pass, she was never able to get in touch with Moira. Her office is extremely sloppy and unprofessional. Moira doesn't respond to any of her emails and completely leaves her clients hanging and ghosts them. She doesn't give any legal advice, charged my mom for serving her ex and it turns out they NEVER actually served him. FRAUD FIRM. Thousands of dollars WASTED. Her billing is complete BS and they don't do anything for your case but find fraudulent ways to bill you. My mom asked to have an appt with Moira three times and they continued to IGNORE her requests and would only email back every few weeks to tell her "we need more info..." which is such bs. ARROGANT, UNPROFESSIONAL, WASTE OF A LAWYER AND MONEY AND TIME. DO NOT HIRE MOIRA HOGAN, SHE IS HORRIBLE.

He repeatedly lied to me about my case, billed excessively for work not done, & refused to settle my case as instructed.

They are the worst of the worst. Don't go with Hogan she will take your money and run! My case: I had a simple marriage divorce case. Was married under 1 year, no community property, no kids.
3 years later my case is still unresolved. I have paid to date $12,600. In addition Hogan is still sending me bills. Their paper work is sloppily done, missing account numbers I had given first week of hiring them. Do not use Hogan she will take you for all your money.
