Hired Attorney Elise Mitchell

This attorney is literally a demon. Her eyes pop out of her head due to serious aggression. This attorney only cares about exploiting the system for financial gain at the expense of children's mental and physical health. Ms Mitchell does not use logic or reasoning, but more so aggression and intimidation to drive false narratives in court proceedings to Exasterbate circumstances. This lady has no place in family court where aggression is not needed, but reason and logic to help kids is non existent in this deeply troubled woman.

Hired Attorney Elise Mitchell

Elise M Mitchell (Elise M Ajawara) Minor Counsel In Santa Clara county San Jose California. She's the devil's. Stay away from her. The court appointed her as the attorney for my two daughters, even after it was proven that their father had abused them. Once she entered the case, she changed everything she could, making me look like the one doing 'coaching' – her favorite word. She convinced the judge, defended the father, and attacked me at every turn, silencing my daughters. Her only interest was in exploiting the court system for money. And she succeeded: the judge awarded custody to the father five years ago. After that, the father was arrested for abusing them, but she returned to convince the judge once more that I was guilty of 'coaching' and claimed the father only had a 'minor issue,' insisting he was a 'good' man. Here I am, still fighting to save my daughters from this corrupt attorney and the abusive father she protects.
