Although John Hinkle was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable, only my initial interview was with him. I was then assigned to an associate, Richard Wingerden. For the price that I paid, I would have expected much more on my case. My case was simple, with not one shred of direct evidence, but after dragging it out for one year, I was only offered a plea deal. I also emailed Mr. Wingerden 6 different times, of which I have proof, and he ignored me each time.
