  Representative Matters: Negotiated an early settlement on favorable terms for the defendant in a personal injury matter where the plaintiff alleged that the client failed to keep a worksite safe, which caused the plaintiff to trip
  fall down a flight of stairs.
  Prevailed before the trial court on behalf of the plaintiff clients, after 15 days of court testimony in a contentious real property dispute matter. The court ruled that a claimed owner was in default for failing to proceed with the trial.
  Won a full victory in binding arbitration on behalf of a designer
  installer of fire protection
  alarm systems, in a breach of contract/mechanic's lien foreclosure claim.
  Successfully defeated both of the defendants' motions for dismissal
  obtained a large settlement for our plaintiff/clients, two homeowners prosecuting their claims for construction defects against a general contractor
  for failure to disclose by the seller. The clients alleged that the general contractor failed to properly build exterior decks on a custom home,
  the seller failed to disclose to the clients' known defects about those decks, including water leaks into the home. The seller
  the general contractor aggressively sought to have the clients' case dismissed,
  brought several dispositive motions just prior to trial.
  Successfully prosecuted
  defended a homeowner in a contentious property line dispute with a neighbor. The claims by the plaintiff/client were for trespass, nuisance,
  quiet title. Through expert opinion, Greg secured the client's property rights
  obtained an appropriate resolution, including the return of the real property.
