Hired Attorney Patricia Boyes

Incredibly ineffective, incompetent, disengaged and slowwww as molasses. But their billing department is top notch! You’ll get charged and overbilled for every second they even think about how long they can get away with NOT working while PRETENDING they are. Sending them an email? Be very careful: their bills claim it takes 40 minutes to read a simple email! This law firm was a shocking waste of time and money. And beware: they keep your credit card from your initial payment on file, without permission, and use it thereafter, without express permission! All they had to do for us was scrutinize and walk an already-written agreement to the finish line, and they couldn’t even get the right address into the document. So if you have a complex legal issue — seriously consider going somewhere else.

The Client Review Rating score is determined through the aggregation of validated responses. The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
