Ane Murphy injected discourse in an otherwise amicable divorce. Communication was poor at best, lacking clarity and understanding of QDRO Agreements and negotiations. I would not recommend Ane to someone I disliked let alone to a friend.
I was a client of Ms. Murphy until recently. Choosing her was a huge mistake. As an attorney she was not very effective, but the real problem is her billing practices. Her bills are so excessive that it is impossible to understand or believe how she could have spent a fraction of the time claimed. She uses fear to get you to agree to things that eventually turn out to be worthless. I was a basket case until I changed attorneys. When I refused to pay some of her more outlandish fees, she sued me.
