Hired Law Firm

Andrew Zacks is a fabulous lawyer but is so nice, patient and completely understanding and fair. Sometimes he feels like a psychiatrist! He's tough, highly intelligent, listens and gives his opinions. His office is efficient and fun but also patient and emotionally supportive. I can't imagine being happier in this awful situation that we are contending with but we always know we are in the best hands.

Hired Attorney Andrew M. Zacks

Andrew Zacks and his partner Scott Freedman succeeded in rescinding the purchase of a multi-million dollar house we bought that had several undisclosed defects. In the end, the arbitrator concluded the sellers had committed intentional fraud and awarded us everything we asked for. We won because Andrew and Scott left no stone unturned (sellers hid docs during discovery), hired best experts, maintained high ethics, and asked arbitrator for reasonable award. Z&F - best real estate attys in CA.

Hired Attorney Andrew M. Zacks

personally, Andrew is an excellent lawyer. Unfortunately, the only time you get to work with Andrew is in the initial consultation. Subsequently, the work is handed off to an associate a local attorney in the turnover is such that my initial attorney left before the issue was settled. I was expected to pay for the additional time required by the 2nd associate to get up to speed on the case. We finally settled satisfactorily, however the attorneys fees amounted to 60% of the settlement.
