Alex Noland has engaged in unethical behavior. As a HOA lawyer, he sanctioned and provided a false response in regards to an HOA election. He was fully aware of the law and statutes. He sanctioned an HOA manager to abuse her authority. Alex was made aware of complaints and did nothing to provide legal guidance The manager increases the board and allowed the candidate she wanted to vote twice. Alex knew of the legal violations and came up with his own rational to continue making money off of the hoa association.
