Hired Attorney Don A. Lesser

I had the worst kind of experience with attorney Lesser. He behaves like a seasoned crook and lies whenever he sees fit to enhance his apparent non-professional behavior and practices. His interest is not to represent you, but to bleed you into financial ruin, including billing you for work or actions that never even happened. While he does all of this, he will lie to you on a daily basis. The actual work on your case he outsources to 100%. A despicable person to deal with and I recommend to eve

Ray - It's strange that, 11 years after we won your case at trial, you're still making these false accusations especially when 3 fee arbitrators rejected the allegations you've made here, found our fees reasonable and awarded us 90% of what you disputed..

Hired Law Firm

Lesser hired outside contractors for $100-150/hour and charged us over 2-4x as much. He has virtually no trial experience so litigates and litigates, charges, and does everything to prevent a trial. He withdrew just before a trial revealing he had a conflict of interest after charging 100's of 100's of dollars. The jury in one case said he was a liar but they were ordered by the judge to award his fees. He admitted he put his former client in peril on purpose! He does not have enough legal malpractice insurance. He has just enough to defend himself.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
