Hired Attorney

I was involved in a case where Mr. Porter served as the arbitrator. In his decision he ignored law, precedent and community standards to issue a ruling that merely parroted the unsupported claims of the opposing party. Based on his handling of the arbitration, I’m not sure if he is no longer competent to practice law or was merely open to external influence by a party to the arbitration.
