I actually have already written before, and this is an update to my previous review. I was happy that the appeal prepared by Ron has been successful, and the denial decision by the California Service Center has been overturned by the Administrative Appeals Office. Ronald continued his support after completing his job, and later helped with an additional document for a moderate fee. Some of his ideas and suggestions did not work out as advised, but the major outcome of the case was in my favor
Ron Wada advised me and provided practical help in a complicated employment-based non-immigrant visa petition, which has been mishandled by other officials before his involvement. He guided me in gathering crucial evidence and prepared very strong appeal argumentation. I believe that Ron Wada is a specialist of high qualification with large practical experience. He was very responsible and devoted in helping me (as his client), and I have heard positive replies from his former customers.
1. Not meticulous. Too many omissions and typos in documentation. Made me question Ron's commitment to my case.{para}2. Often rude on the phone and in emails as if he was doing me a favor. Instead of taking responsibility, Ron gave excuses for missing important details in my petition that he had overlooked.{para}3. Not proactive. Expected me to proofread and find his mistakes- which were several. Casual approach at times.
